Installation of Utilities
First the Electric lines. We were lucky here, we already had power to our Pole Barn from a previous build, so we were able to put a 200A
breaker in the Pole Barns 200A service panel, and trench it over to the Modular. That saved us a lot of trenching costs, plus eliminated a
separate meter for the house, and the associated monthly meter charges as well. For life.

Propane was easy to trench and install. The gas gauge was installed outside on the house, and permits were pulled by the gas company.

Since we also had a well, all we had to do was
to trench a line from the well to the house, and
drill a hole through the foundation to attach the
water line to the modulars 'already there' water
lines.
